BODYPUMP
For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYATTACK

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

BODYCOMBAT

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed.

LES MILLS GRIT™ (STRENGTH)

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

LES MILLS GRIT™ (CARDIO)

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximise calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

LES MILLS GRIT™ (PLYO)

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.

HIIT

A 30 minute high intensity metabolic workout that keeps on working long after you finish the class. This body-weight based class aims to increase metabolism and keep your body burning calories for as long as 24 hours after you’ve finished.

RIGFIT

A challenging class that will push your body to the max. A strength based circuits workout in our functional area, using kettle bells, barbells and sled track and rig. A fun, functional, full body workout!

METABOLIC MAHEM

HIIT style workout in the functional area including the sled track and battle ropes. Functional based moves to build up a sweat and get the metabolism BURNING.

ABS BLAST

A short class dedicated to toning and strengthening the muscles in the abdominals and lower back. Using minimal equipment this intense workout will help support posture and enhance your core region and stability.

KETTLEBELLS

Using kettlebell you perform Functional, compound exercises to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Hits multiple fitness components including cardio, strength, balance, stability, power and endurance.

SPIN

A high energy group cycle workout that combines hill climbs, flat terrains, mountain peaks, and time trials. This interval training programme rides to the rhythm of powerful music increasing cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and muscular endurance.

YOGA

Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. All levels welcome.

BOXFIT
Boxing Style fitness class, includes circuits and pad work to get your heart racing.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS (LBT)
Toning and strengthening class. Work the lower body and tummy’s, finishing with relaxation at the end.
